The Stepstone Group, a leading recruitment platform, wanted to improve alignment across its product and technology teams as it transitioned from OPKA to OKRs. Quantive implemented Quantive Results to give Stepstone visibility into strategy, goals, and progress, with integrations like Jira and Slack helping drive adoption and updates. The result was stronger alignment, earlier detection of misalignment, and better focus across teams, with around 1,000 OKR updates in the first quarter after launch and a 40% year-over-year decrease in low-quality key results.
