Stepstone turned to Quantive and its Quantive Results product to make strategy and goals easier to manage and connect.

Quantive implemented Quantive Results to give Stepstone visibility into strategy, goals, and progress, with integrations like Jira and Slack helping drive adoption and updates. The result was stronger alignment, earlier detection of misalignment, and better focus across teams, with around 1,000 OKR updates in the first quarter after launch and a 40% year-over-year decrease in low-quality key results.
