How DTSE Leveraged OKRs for Success

Deutsche Telekom Services Europe (DTSE) needed a better way to support remote collaboration during the pandemic, improve interdepartmental cooperation, and connect day-to-day work to company strategy. The company wanted a common mindset, stronger transparency, and a way to help teams set goals that aligned with strategic priorities. To address this, DTSE chose Quantive Results from Quantive as its OKR software platform.

With Quantive Results, DTSE launched an OKR pilot with training, coaching, and a configurable tool that supported flexible ways of working, plus integrations like Jira and MS Teams and insight dashboards for managers. Quantive helped DTSE build a transparent strategic plan linking five strategic initiatives to three supporting targets and quarterly OKRs, while increasing alignment, collaboration, and efficiency. The pilot also showed that leadership buy-in and company-wide participation were key to success, prompting DTSE to expand OKRs into more departments.
