Office Team - Customer Case Study

Office Team, a UK supplier of office products and services to over 12,000 customers with an annual turnover of £142m, was running Microsoft Dynamics AX 3.0 which was no longer supported and suffered from limited flexibility, poor scalability and slow performance—particularly in credit control. To address these issues they engaged QuantiQ to upgrade and re‑implement their finance systems using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and the Atlas v5 data analysis tool.

QuantiQ provided a light‑touch delivery model with a Project Delivery Manager and ongoing support while Office Team handled much of the deployment in‑house. The QuantiQ‑led implementation delivered 100% compliant, supported software, faster access to key information, greater self‑serve data analysis (via Atlas v5), improved credit control processes and cash flow, and a broader set of standard reports—enabling Finance to monitor KPIs more effectively and reduce debt exposure.
