Carpetright, a leading flooring and beds retailer operating hundreds of stores across the UK and Europe, faced fragmented, bespoke IT systems after growth by acquisition that prevented a single view of customers and hindered omnichannel buying. To move toward a “Clicks ’n Mortar” model and improve online-to-store customer journeys, Carpetright engaged QuantiQ to deliver a modern, cloud-based solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

QuantiQ implemented Dynamics 365 on the Microsoft Cloud, consolidating customer data from disparate systems and unifying sales, measurement, quoting and service workflows while enabling Power BI and Azure Machine Learning for advanced analytics. The result was a single, up-to-date view of the customer, improved operational efficiency (including more accurate delivery and installation estimates), faster decision-making and personalised service — with QuantiQ continuing to provide implementation, change management and ongoing platform support.
