The client needed a BI and predictive modeling solution to analyze biometric, symptom, behavior, and medication adherence data in order to predict which patients were at risk of 30-day readmission.

Quantiphi transformed and loaded millions of readings into an in-memory columnar database, created actionable Yellowfin BI dashboards, and built a logistic regression model in R. The solution identified patient response patterns that made certain patients twice as likely to be readmitted versus the population average, helping the client target high-risk patients, reduce care costs, and improve health outcomes.
