Visit Savannah, the destination marketing organization for Savannah, Georgia, needed to boost leisure and business travel but lacked the right data to identify and reach prospective visitors. Previous direct-response efforts failed to build awareness or purchase intent with new audiences, so the DMO sought a partner to engage consumers earlier in the planning funnel and drive confirmed hotel and flight bookings.
Partnering with Quantcast, Visit Savannah used “data partner audiences” (based on Mastercard’s deterministic hotel and domestic air spend data) combined with Quantcast’s AI-driven behavioral graph and Adara validation to find users before they were in-market. The campaign drove $1.6M in revenue on an $80K spend (2033% ROAS), 4,400 rooms booked, 13,000+ room nights (Feb–Aug), 1,900 flight bookings for ~3,000 passengers, a $181 ADR, and roughly $185+ revenue per unique traveler.
