One Medical, a membership-based primary care provider, wanted to increase membership registrations beyond gains from paid search and retargeting. To expand new-customer acquisition, they partnered with Quantcast to deploy more sophisticated audience-targeting strategies.

Quantcast applied lookalike/complete targeting across the connected universe and dynamically balanced prospecting and retargeting, validating impact with an A/B test. The campaign drove conversion lifts of 21% in San Francisco, 17% in Washington, D.C., and 31% in New York, reached 99% new cookies, and converted 50% more prospects than the site average.
