Nutmeg is an online investment management service focused on democratizing wealth management. As the industry moved online, Nutmeg needed to scale its digital customer acquisition and find people willing to adopt online investing and trust the brand, but had limited experience with display advertising.
Nutmeg partnered with Quantcast, which built custom models for each product page and used look-alike modeling, programmatic display and video to find and reach new prospects—especially outside London, where video was 3x more efficient than other partners. Quantcast drove 30% of Nutmeg’s new leads and delivered a CPA under 50% of the target, prompting a shift in Nutmeg’s digital strategy.
