Jack’s Family Restaurants, a Southern quick-serve chain founded in 1960, faced pandemic-driven declines in foot traffic and needed to reduce reliance on third-party delivery while building digital relationships with longtime and new customers. After launching its own online ordering system and a loyalty app, the brand sought a partner with audience insights to drive awareness in emerging markets and move customers into digital ordering channels.
Using Quantcast Audience Planner, Jack’s built three target personas (lookalikes of top customers, online buyers, and loyalty members) and ran an omnichannel campaign across Display, Native, Video and CTV to reach cord-cutters, engage low-TV-penetration markets, and reawaken loyalists. The effort doubled foot traffic, increased repeat purchases by over 5%, allowed the brand to profitably double its digital ad spend, and grew market share while boosting online orders and loyalty sign-ups.
