A global entertainment cloud subscription service offering on-demand streaming and downloads partnered with Allied Global Marketing to grow subscribers outside the major walled gardens. Their goal was to maximize global free trial sign-ups at an efficient cost per acquisition and to better understand the unique attributes of their target audiences.
Allied Global Marketing worked with Quantcast to build real-time custom reach models for four audiences—Cord Cutters, Early Retirees, Competitive Conquesting, and TV Genre Fans—using psychographic and media-consumption insights to inform media planning. The campaign drove more than 75,000 free trial subscriptions, with new prospects reached by Quantcast converting at 3.9x the platform site average.
