Domino’s Pizza, which has operated in Singapore since 2009 and delivers over 1.5 million pizzas daily worldwide, faced intensifying competition in the food delivery market and sought to protect market share by increasing direct website orders, strengthening customer relationships, and improving customer stickiness.
To do this, Domino’s used Quantcast’s performance solutions—leveraging real-time data and machine‑learning audience targeting with lead-focused display ads—to find and engage users most likely to order. The approach adapted quickly during COVID‑19 to target value-seeking households, delivering a 45% lower cost per order and achieving 22× the brand’s ROAS goal from January to October 2020.
