The American Diabetes Association, which runs Tour de Cure fundraising rides in 44 states to support diabetes research and programs, wanted to increase event registrations and tested real-time display advertising with several partners, including Quantcast, to boost registration volume.
Using Quantcast Complete Targeting to find users whose browsing behavior matched ADA’s typical donors and dynamically balancing prospecting and retargeting, the campaign drove strong results: Quantcast produced 58% of display conversions while using 31% of the display budget and delivering 35% of impressions, and registrations came in at a CPA 80% below the campaign goal (24% below the campaign average), while also increasing overall event and association awareness.
