A Quant Retail Case Study
Sklizeno, a Czech chain formed by merging three local healthy-food concepts, faced inconsistent assortments, mixed store equipment and layouts (25 stores from 70–250 m2), and manual, time-consuming ordering and planogram processes. To standardize assortment, support rebranding and connect disparate ERP databases, Sklizeno implemented Quant Retail’s Quant planogram and retail-management platform beginning in March 2016.
Quant Retail delivered store-specific planograms, automated orders, printable SELs and marketing planogram workflows, plus tools for franchise pricing and cross‑country support. The solution cut inventory handling time from four–five days to about a day and a half, enabled SEL deployment in roughly one month, produces automatic orders several times a week with one‑click confirmations, and scaled to 25 stores (15,236 products, 7,117 in planograms), while smoothing rebranding and expansion into Slovakia.
