Notino, Europe’s largest online beauty specialist that is expanding its brick-and-mortar footprint, needed a category management, planogramming and space-planning system to formalize merchandising rules, manage brand authorizations and track performance at the fixture level. To solve these challenges they selected Quant Retail’s solution (including Quant Web) to support planograms, category management and store-level communications with minimal internal resource requirements.

Quant Retail implemented Quant Web with automatic ERP data transfers, fixture-level floor plans and shelf planograms, store notifications, photo-based planogram checks and a store–HQ chat. The solution standardized merchandising, enabled performance reporting by furniture type and sped up rollouts—reducing store overstock by 30% and cutting merchandising implementation on a flagship store from six days to two—making new store openings faster and supplier negotiations simpler.
