Mconomy, a full-service distributor of telecom accessories active in the Netherlands and Belgium and part of Constrive, needed store-level planogramming to handle fast-changing product ranges, reduce returns and write-offs, and speed time-to-market. To meet these needs they selected Quant Retail’s space-planning solution (Quant and Quant Web) for its developer approach, 3D visualization and retailer-friendly web login that reduced implementation complexity.
Quant Retail implemented rapid data sharing and testing (about one month) with planogram creation in month two, enabling planogram sharing with account managers/buyers, exports to VMi replenishment systems, printable out-of-stock prevention cards, store photo documentation and web logins for stores. The outcome was quicker execution and stronger retailer collaboration—Mconomy moved from PDF distribution to store log-ins within a year, improved merchandising quality, used 3D visuals to win new business, and rated Quant Retail’s support and development highly (effort 5/5, solution 4/5, development 5/5).
