MAXI supermarkets are using Quant for category management

MAXI, a supermarket chain in Bosnia and Herzegovina, faced the challenge of making the most of available data and reducing the time spent planning stores as it expands — including a new 2,500 m² tenth market. To address this, MAXI selected Quant Retail’s category management software to replace manual, feel‑based planning with data-driven processes.

Quant Retail implemented space and sales‑share analysis, ABC assortment analysis based on historical sales from other stores, and automated planograms to speed initial product display and optimize category placement on the floor plan. As a result, MAXI gains faster, more accurate store setups and clearer assortment decisions, enabling more efficient planning for large-format stores.
