Keells - Customer Case Study

Keells, one of Sri Lanka’s largest supermarket chains and the first major retailer in the country to adopt Quant, needed a modern, scalable planogram and space-planning solution for its more than 120 stores. After a 2020 tender, Keells chose Quant Retail to replace legacy planogram tools and improve visual merchandising, ERP integration, and store communication.

Quant Retail implemented its visual merchandising and space-planning platform (including Quant Web and REST API integration), migrated existing planograms, localized the interface into Sinhala and Tamil, and trained Keells staff. The solution reduced the number of planogram variations by using template-based planograms, improved ERP-connected planogram distribution and store communication, and proved scalable across Keells’ 120+ stores following a successful pilot.
