FixDistribution, a B2B distributor of branded mobile phone and tablet accessories (founded 2013; 530 partner stores; 5,650 products), faced unsustainable, Excel-based space planning and sales analysis processes and needed a comprehensive planogram and inventory planning tool. They selected Quant Retail’s Quant solution (including Quant Web) to manage store floorplans, product presentations and sales data centrally.

Quant Retail implemented shop floorplans and planograms, set up automatic data imports and deployed Quant Web for store administration and sales reps, and introduced automatic ordering. As a result, FixDistribution improved availability (automatic inventory increases of 10% at year-end), handled the Christmas surge successfully, reduced stockouts and losses, sped up sales-rep workflows and eased onboarding of new partners.
