Dr.Max, a Czech pharmacy chain, needed to integrate category management across pharmacies, regional teams, purchasing, marketing, technical staff and external suppliers while improving shelf plans, stock management and new-store setup. To meet this challenge they adopted Quant Retail’s category management software—including the Quant Web planogram and web application—to deliver store-specific planograms, centralized communications and structured feedback across the network.

Quant Retail implemented a network-wide solution: Quant Web generates planograms tailored to each store from local sales data, automatically highlights changes, supports mobile access and third‑party imports, and supplies analytics (floorplans, 3D heatmaps, photographic documentation) for purchasing, marketing and technical teams. The rollout now supports over 1,200 users, streamlined item selection and first supplies for new stores, optimized technical preparations and more consistent merchandising across the Dr.Max network.
