Dr.Max, the largest pharmacy network in the Czech Republic with nearly 400 stores, faced fragmented, Excel- and brand-level shelf planning and a legacy toolset that made category and product display management slow, error-prone and poorly integrated with sales, inventory and ordering. The retailer needed unified category management, store‑specific planograms and tighter integration to reduce dead stock and improve assortment control.
Quant Retail deployed its Quant system and Web application to migrate planograms, automate imports of products, stores, sales and inventory, enable automatic ordering and publish store-specific planograms to pharmacies and suppliers. Rolled out across Dr.Max’s network, Quant Retail helped eliminate range mistakes, solve long-standing dead stock issues, optimize inventory with automatic safety‑stock adjustments tied to face quantities, accelerate bulk assortment updates and centralize marketing planogram management—bringing measurable operational automation and better assortment execution across nearly 400 stores.
