Auto Kelly, the largest distributor of spare parts in the Czech Republic with over 80 branches and a warehouse holding nearly 11 million items, needed to standardize retail assortments and displays as it expanded from wholesale to retail customers. Manual planogram work (PowerPoint/Excel), impracticable floor-plan updates, poor shelf-edge label management and supply-chain unreliability — plus the challenge of integrating large wholesale data sets — led them to evaluate Quant Retail’s Quant web application and merchandising/planogram software.

Quant Retail digitized Auto Kelly’s planograms, integrated Quant with the Planning Wizard and rolled out the web app (go‑live Jan 2017, 75 outlets using it by year-end) and direct Shelf Edge Label printing (launched Jan 2018). The solution centralized communications and photo feedback, enabled branch-specific planogram calculations and automated label/price-change workflows, improved inventory planning for ~500,000 SKUs fed into the system, reduced overstocking and sped up store-level execution—delivering measurable gains in stock control, compliance and operational efficiency.
