Tata Communications, a global telecommunications and data‑services provider with hundreds of points of presence and large data‑center operations, needed to add a world‑class vulnerability management service to its Managed Security Services portfolio. Tata standardized its Vulnerability Management Service on QualysGuard VM (via the QualysGuard MSP program), delivering discovery, asset prioritization, vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking and customizable reporting through a centrally managed SaaS model. The result was fast time‑to‑market, accurate scans with few false positives, flexible service tiers and internal adoption of the platform—improving customer compliance, remediation workflows and operational efficiency.
