Imperial War Museums (IWM) is a UK national museums organisation with five sites that together welcome millions of visitors each year and process large volumes of card payments. To protect sensitive collections, daily operations and customer payment data, IWM needed a more rigorous way to secure its network and demonstrate PCI DSS compliance to avoid fines and reputational damage.
