IDB Bank, one of Israel’s largest commercial banks, needed a single way to gain continuous visibility across a complex hybrid environment spanning on-premises, cloud, and internet-facing assets. Facing strict regulatory requirements, CMDB gaps, and manual IT-security handoffs, the bank turned to Qualys CSAM to better discover assets, track risk, and manage remediation.

Qualys implemented CyberSecurity Asset Management on the Enterprise TruRisk Platform to centralize asset discovery, surface tech debt and missing agents, and sync asset data into the CMDB for automated ticketing. As a result, IDB Bank achieved 100% VM coverage, improved mean time to detection by 200%, and cut remediation time from 30 days to as little as 1–2 days, with 90% of vulnerabilities automatically assigned to the right teams.
