G2A, the global digital marketplace, needed a better way to protect hundreds of containerized applications and employee workstations from cyber risks while maintaining visibility across an agile infrastructure. The company turned to Qualys, using the Enterprise TruRisk Platform, Qualys Cloud Agents, Qualys Vulnerability Management, and Qualys Container Security to replace open-source tools and gain near-real-time vulnerability data.

With Qualys, G2A created a single source of truth for patching and end-of-life software removal, automated Docker image scanning in its Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, and shared remediation insights with its Service Desk. The results were strong: in three months, G2A reduced severity level five vulnerabilities by 92% and severity level three to five vulnerabilities by an average of 85%, while also improving remediation speed and security oversight.
