Personna American Safety Razor needed a better way to manage growing document retention requirements after a customer extended retention from five to ten years. As an ISO 9000 registered manufacturer, the company also had to document its processes and maintain historical quality records, making its paper-based system increasingly difficult to manage. Personna American Safety Razor turned to Qualtrax Compliance Software to support document control and employee training.

Qualtrax implemented a document control and training solution, adding the Imaging Module to scan and store paper records electronically. The result was faster approvals, easier training notifications, and more stable recordkeeping, with 80 to 90 employees already using the system. Qualtrax also helped reduce audit time by giving customers and auditors a single access point for records, and the company is now rolling out Qualtrax at a new Mexico facility.
