ZimVie, a recent spin‑off from Zimmer Biomet, needed to migrate quickly from legacy quality and PLM systems that limited global visibility, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. To address requirements for defect and complaint management, regulatory submissions, and ERP/LMS integration, ZimVie selected Qualityze Inc. and licensed 750 users of its EQMS platform.

Qualityze Inc. implemented a comprehensive EQMS (nonconformance, CAPA, document/change/training management, audits, complaints/adverse events, supplier quality, and more), achieving the planned Go‑Live on schedule and within budget and expanding scope as needed. The rollout delivered a unified global quality view across three divisions, seamless integrations with SAP, Oracle 3i and SuccessFactors, a successful legacy migration with no loss of functionality, reduced operational costs, improved product quality and regulatory compliance.
