Revision Skincare, a clinical-focused cosmetics company, faced slow, manual quality processes: SOP and legacy document training and product inspection workflows were paper-based, hard to track, and time-consuming. Senior Quality Manager Savneet Cheema sought a scalable, user-friendly eQMS and selected Qualio (as Qualio+ customers in 2023) to move the company to a paperless, digital quality system.
Qualio delivered its Qualio+ software plus white‑glove onboarding and expert support, migrating legacy documents, building templates, training 150 employees on cGMP, and enabling real-time analytics and bespoke inspection workflows. The implementation made Revision largely paperless, sped document and training tasks, supported Savneet as a solo quality manager, and is forecast to reduce product inspection time by at least 20% — demonstrating improved accuracy, efficiency, and capacity for continuous quality improvement with Qualio.
