eHealth Technologies, a leading provider of referral solutions for hospitals, needed to replace its paper-based quality management and training records to streamline lengthy customer due diligence and obtain SOC 2 Type II certification. To address version control, missing signatures, and audit delays, eHealth chose Qualio’s enterprise Quality Management Software (eQMS) to digitalize policies, procedures, and training tracking.

Qualio was implemented in under a week and provided templates, simplified training workflows, and collaborative document review, allowing eHealth to review, revise, and approve over 200 policies in real time and roll out mandatory training to more than 200 employees. Using Qualio, eHealth Technologies achieved SOC 2 Type II certification in about a year and a half, reduced the time and cost of due diligence, and strengthened its security posture and customer trust.
