How RTBF significantly increased its number of opt-ins with Qualifio

RTBF, the Belgian public broadcaster, needed a more efficient way to run contests, surveys, games, and other interactive campaigns across its TV, radio, news, and themed websites. Since using Qualifio from January 2015, the team replaced multiple tools with a single platform to manage engagement and audience participation.

With Qualifio, RTBF launched nearly 2,500 campaigns in about a year and a half, attracting more than 900,000 participants and 1.3 million game plays. The results were also clear in subscriber growth: RTBF’s total newsletter opt-ins increased from 280,000 to 325,000, with the TV newsletter rising from 31,000 to 39,000 and Classic 21 growing from 37,000 to nearly 50,000.
