People Incorporated, a Minnesota nonprofit mental health provider and one of the state’s first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration grant holders, needed a scalable behavioral health EHR to support expanding services, complex compliance requirements, and growing clinical workflows. The result was greater efficiency and flexibility for staff, better compliance and tracking, and the ability to serve more people more effectively—helping support nearly 1 million total services in 2023 and contributing to measurable CCBHC outcomes such as reduced severe depression and shorter wait times.
