Canvas Health, a nonprofit behavioral health provider with more than 35 clinic- and community-based programs, needed a strategic EHR partner to support rapid growth, staff changes, and a new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) designation. QualiFacts helped Canvas Health go live on Credible in February 2021 and later signed them up for Enhanced Support Services to optimize care coordination, integrated treatment planning, telehealth, intake/discharge workflows, billing, and business intelligence. The result was a successful CCBHC certification one year later, along with faster processes, greater operational visibility, and improved efficiency through dashboards and expert guidance from QualiFacts.
