The customer, Pulsar Title Insurance Company, is the only domicile title insurer in Louisiana. Their challenge was managing a high volume of new home buyers and construction work while operating at full capacity. They needed to streamline their processes, particularly around document access for their agents. To address this, they turned to vendor Qualia and its product, Qualia Assure.

Qualia implemented its Assure underwriting management system. The solution streamlined document management, giving agents immediate access to documents and providing Pulsar with immediate knowledge of any issues, often before the agents themselves were aware. This created new efficiencies and allowed Pulsar to expand its new business, moving from being at capacity to being able to take on more work.
