How Qualia Helped to Kickstart a New Business

Forward Law, a Greenville, South Carolina law firm founded in 2019 by Charlie Carpenter, needed transaction software that would keep files organized, minimize human error, heighten security, and support a high volume of closings while enabling location-independent work. Carpenter evaluated options and turned to Qualia, exploring the Qualia platform along with Marketplace, Connect, and Reconciliation services to eliminate back-and-forth emails, run title searches, and access vetted local vendors.

Qualia’s full suite was implemented—outsourcing reconciliations to Qualia’s in‑house team, using Marketplace to expand into new counties without vetting local vendors, and adopting Connect for secure messaging and scheduling—giving real estate agents real‑time closing status and a simpler workflow. The result: faster updates, fewer long hours (Carpenter says they’d be working much longer without Qualia), streamlined closings, and more time to focus on clients, marketing, and business expansion.
