Sign X is a Phoenix-based mobile notary and notary signing agent service led by CEO Chuck Haney that provides signing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Seeking to grow beyond five states while maintaining high-quality customer service, Sign X looked for a way to expand its client pool and streamline operations and found the Qualia Marketplace as a potential avenue for expansion.

Qualia onboarded Sign X as a Marketplace vendor in August 2019, with a dedicated Vendor Partnership Manager guiding a quick setup so Sign X could start accepting orders in new states within days. Using Qualia’s Marketplace tools — order intake, payments, fulfillment, tracking and satisfaction surveys — Sign X expanded from 5 to 45 states and increased monthly order completion by 400% in March 2020, while maintaining service quality.
