How NobleServe Harnessed Automation to Process 12,000+ Orders

NobleServe, a technology-driven title and mortgage services firm founded in 2017, sought to simplify and speed up order submission for its growing customer base by reducing steps and creating a more integrated, accurate experience. To achieve this, NobleServe integrated with the Qualia Marketplace so customers could order title search reports, commitment typing, tax searches, and release tracking directly within the software they already use.

By joining the Qualia Marketplace, Qualia enabled orders to flow directly into NobleServe’s CloseVille platform, automating commitment typing and OCR-based data extraction, minimizing manual entry, and creating seamless status communication between systems. As a result, NobleServe increased processing speed and accuracy (near 100% per the company), strengthened customer relationships, and expanded its order volume to 12,000+ orders in Qualia Marketplace over the past nine months.
