To address this, ResMed partnered with Qualcomm Life, Inc. to deploy the 2net™ Platform and 2net Hub and deliver a private‑label HealthyCircles™-based SaaS solution called AirView™ Care Management for remote monitoring and coordinated in‑home care.

Qualcomm Life, Inc. implemented the 2net Platform/Hub and HealthyCircles engine to capture device and biometric data (respiratory rate, tidal volume, minute ventilation and usage), pre-populate customizable Vent Check forms, and enable exception‑based management and population risk stratification. The solution streamlined scheduled visits, reduced unnecessary in‑home visits and phone requests, standardized near‑real‑time data for providers, and delivered measurable care efficiencies and potential reductions in total cost of care while improving patient and caregiver peace of mind.
