MyGlucoHealth - Customer Case Study
MyGlucoHealth, a wireless blood glucose monitor from Entra Health Systems, needed to overcome end-user connectivity challenges: patients often had to pair the meter via Bluetooth to a mobile phone, which limited adoption among elderly users and those without smartphones. To solve this, MyGlucoHealth partnered with Qualcomm Life, Inc. and its 2net Hub and 2net Platform.
Qualcomm Life, Inc. integrated the 2net Hub as a plug-and-play cellular gateway so MyGlucoHealth readings upload to the cloud with one button and near–real-time reliability, removing mobile-phone barriers and the need for manual logbooks. The 2net Platform enabled secure, seamless transfer to the MyGlucoHealth portal and EHRs, improving accessibility for seniors and home-care settings, simplifying setup, and opening new markets for MyGlucoHealth.
