Inman News, a leading source of real estate information, faced the challenge of maximizing registrations and awareness for its Real Estate Connect San Francisco conference. To drive group sales, convert undecided visitors, and collect intelligence for event planning, Inman News trialed Qualaroo Convert and used Qualaroo’s on-site Nudge to engage visitors and test promotional messaging.

Qualaroo implemented an intelligent, branched Nudge that directed visitors to a discounted registration page, the event agenda, or a lead form, then shifted to a promotional last‑chance flow as the event approached. The Qualaroo deployment was easy to manage and integrated with Salesforce; it achieved a near 4% response rate, revealed 76% of visitors were unaware of the event, generated nearly 100 group sales leads (each worth $6–$15K), drove thousands of incremental clicks, and captured $5,000 in registration revenue in two days.
