Bagcraft, a division of Packaging Dynamics, needed to modernize document handling across its System i environment. The company was still relying on manual checks and fax processes, and it wanted a faster way to handle forms, invoices, labels, and secure check printing.

Quadrant Software implemented its Electronic Document Distribution suite, including FastFax/Enterprise, Formtastic Fusion5, and the PRMS Integration Module. The system was installed within days and now supports 1,500-2,000 documents per week, along with more than 500 MICR checks weekly, while cutting paper and postage, saving about 80 hours of labor per week, and reducing check stock costs from $900 to $50 per box.
