Children’s Medical Center Lauds Quadrant Software’s Technical Support

Children’s Medical Center of Dayton is a 155-bed regional referral center serving a 20-county area in southwestern Ohio, eastern Indiana, and northern Kentucky. After adding a new transcription product called Arrendale, the center saw a dramatic increase in outgoing faxes and found that its FastFax system, which had only one modem, could no longer keep up.

Children’s Medical Center of Dayton upgraded to FastFax/Enterprise from Quadrant Software in September. The new setup automatically sends transcriptions and lab results to the correct offices or doctors, saving staff considerable time, and the decision to stay with Quadrant Software was driven largely by the quality of its technical support.
