Quadient AR automated invoicing, communications, and customized collections workflows (including an online customer portal), giving Watermark better data analysis and visibility. The vendor’s solution helped Watermark reduce invoices aged 90+ days, cut delayed‑payment requests to nearly zero, drive collections to their highest month to date (October), boost customer satisfaction, and move many clients from paper checks to electronic invoicing; Watermark now plans to expand Quadient AR to add ACH and credit‑card payments and further automate ERP posting.
