To address this, StackAdapt engaged Quadient AR (Quadient Accounts Receivable by YayPay) to centralize and automate its AR processes.

Quadient AR implemented a centralized AR platform and self-service portal that consolidates invoices, payment history, balances, and communications, letting customers pay and manage accounts on their own. As a result, StackAdapt saved 10–15 man-hours per week, improved on-time payments, sped up request resolution and communications, and gained clearer cash-flow forecasting and stronger customer relationships.
