Christian School District, a private K-12 school in Missouri, was struggling with a paper-based accounts payable process that created duplicate purchase orders and invoices, missing tracking information, and frequent data entry errors. The district handled about 200 invoices manually and had to touch each piece of paper an average of 5 times before it was matched to a check stub and filed.

To replace that process, Christian School District implemented Quadient AP by Beanworks with integration to Sage 50 USA, online invoice approvals, and digital payments. The district said it recovered 100% of the time spent filing checks and invoices, reduced credit card reconciliation from 4 hours a week to 1 hour a month, and cut filing needs from one four-drawer filing cabinet to a single drawer. Quadient AP also helped eliminate duplicate invoices, improve cash flow projections, and support remote AP work when the office closed.
