Canadian Seed Growers (CSGA), the national regulatory body for Canada’s seed crop certification program, faced labor-intensive, paper-based accounts payable with frequent manual corrections, misposted GL entries, and AP that had to be processed in-office — a major problem when the COVID-19 pandemic forced remote work.
