Simplifying Localized Marketing Custom portal technology eliminates complexity & inconsistencies

International Restaurant Chain, a global casual-dining brand with 1,200+ locations, was struggling with inconsistent customer experiences as franchisees needed more localized menu options, varying pricing and items, and increasingly complex rotating craft-beer taps that staff couldn’t keep up with. Quad was engaged to address these challenges, offering a data-driven customized ordering portal, on-demand menu printing and a beer-menu integration to support localized, compliant menus.

Quad built a portal that lets corporate managers and franchisees order localized menus and in-store collateral by user profile and store attributes, plus a custom integration to the largest beer database so beer menus stay in sync and FDA-compliant; menus can be printed on demand or as large-scale refreshes. The result: menu versions grew from 40 to over 400, the beer menu program reached 99% store adoption and drove increased in-store beer sales, preserving brand integrity across 1,200+ locations.
