A Quable Case Study
Bonpoint, the Parisian couture house for children founded in 1975, was struggling with fragmented, outdated product information systems, inconsistent and low‑quality media assets, and poor collaboration between teams—issues that complicated omnichannel e‑commerce and seasonal peaks. To solve this, Bonpoint chose Quable’s PIM (Product Information Management) solution.
Quable centralized Bonpoint’s product data and media into a PIM/DAM, enabling management of 3,000 references per year, upload of 6,000 media assets annually, and deployment of seven language interfaces for 25 contributors, while automating validation workflows to eliminate duplicates. As a result, Quable improved data quality and cross‑team collaboration, enabled real‑time omnichannel publishing (e‑commerce, marketplaces, in‑store tablets), accelerated product availability, boosted sales, and significantly reduced return rates.
