Touristra Vacances, a 70‑year‑old holiday operator managing holiday villages for more than 280 associations and over 250,000 holidaymakers annually, faced fragmented product information (spread via SharePoint), a confusing product tree and no way to enrich its catalogue to the detail teams required. To solve these issues the company engaged Quable and its Quable PIM solution to centralize and structure product data.

Quable implemented a multilingual PIM that supports work in 3 languages, organized 300 contributors around a complex season‑linked data model and consolidated data for 250 holiday establishments, creating a reliable, company‑wide data model. The Quable PIM enabled collaborative workflows by department, on‑the‑fly generation of print assets (brochures, catalogues) for partners and channels, and a smoother multichannel customer experience with measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.
