Case Study: Berluti achieves reliable, enriched product data for global commerce with Quable PIM

A Quable Case Study

Preview of the Berluti Case Study

Retranscribe the quality of its tailor-made know-how through product information

Berluti, the Paris-born luxury house founded in 1895 and now part of LVMH with 60+ stores worldwide, was struggling with fragmented, unreliable product data, poor cross‑team collaboration, and no centralized control over product information. To address these issues, Berluti engaged Quable and its PIM/DAM solution to retranscribe and centralize its tailor‑made know‑how across commerce channels.

Quable implemented its PIM to collect and enrich editorial, technical and media data, automate classification, enable translations for international sites, and introduce workflows and reporting for different business teams. As a result Quable helped Berluti manage 5,000 product references, 10,500 media assets and 60 contributors, delivering up‑to‑date, higher‑quality product information across channels and improving customer interactions and digital offer deployment.
