Delsey, the French luggage brand founded in 1946 and present in more than 110 countries with 6,000 points of sale and over 1,800 product references, faced a complex international challenge: independent market teams using different tools and data models, fragmented product catalogs by country, and no single product platform for partners and distributors. To address this, Delsey turned to Quable and its PIM solution to harmonize and centralize product information.

Quable implemented a single PIM environment with a unified data model, multilingual interfaces (deployed in 9 languages), a media library of 25,000 images, and collaboration for 27 PIM users on one platform, plus a mini-site for partners that enables rapid PDF catalog generation. As a result, Quable helped Delsey centralize multilingual product information, improve international collaboration and streamline catalog production — measurably increasing business performance across markets.
